I’ve always thought women with a monobrow/unibrow (when the eyebrows join in the middle) seem as though they are angry or about to fly off the handle. I wouldn’t say they seem menacing, although men with a monobrow do.
In some cultures having one eyebrow (especially women) is seen as a desirable feature – though if you are a desi woman, you are very quickly introduced to the world of threading to get rid of it!
I have naturally thin and arched eyebrows so have never had to deal with taming them, but what do you think of monobrows – do you like them or not?

Hey whats wrong with a sis who has a nice unibrow..LOL. Every once in a while we all need someone to scare the shit out of us when we exit the masjid into the dark parking lot. We can always summon that ‘UNI–que’ sister to freak out the misbehaving brothers. Or better yet, why not just prank the groom on his first night with an unannounced visit from ‘uni-que’ as she bursts through the hotel suite door at 40km/hr..and stares him down for a good ten seconds! Hahahahahaha
If I didn’t pluck I would have one, but not a nicely shaped one. Just a kind of sparse ugly one, and the growth is a bit asymmetrically thick on one side. In the UAE, some girls who have more of a ‘traditional’ or local aesthetic and whose brows connect do cultivate one. But I think these days it is considered less desirable. I have seen some Pakistani girls cultivate one, too. But I know in my Pakistani inlaw-family it would be considered ugly or tacky. Being from the US and socialized with a Western sense of beauty, it does look odd to me, but I can still see the beauty in it.
